We do not sell or share your personal information#

Telelink Business Services does not sell personal information, and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined in the California Consumer Privacy Act. This site has no advertising cookies, no tracking pixels, and no third-party analytics scripts. Traffic is measured from aggregate server-side counts that do not use cookies and do not identify anyone.

There is therefore nothing to opt out of. We do not seek or knowingly collect sensitive personal information, and we ask that you not include it in a message or an upload, so there is no use to limit. Full detail, including our 12-month sale and sharing statement, is in our Privacy Policy.

Global Privacy Control is honored#

Global Privacy Control (GPC) is a browser setting or extension that sends a signal telling websites not to sell or share your personal information. When this site receives a GPC signal, it treats it as a valid request to opt out of sale and sharing for that browser and device. No account or further action is needed. We honor the signal even though we do not sell or share, so your choice is already recorded if our practices ever change.

To turn on GPC, check your browser’s privacy settings or install an extension that supports it.

How to ask what we have, delete it, or correct it#

California residents may ask what personal information we hold about them, and ask us to delete or correct it. Send your request to carson@telelinkca.com or call (916) 340-7503. Include the name and email address or phone number you used when you contacted us, and say which request you are making.

We follow the response times the CCPA sets as a matter of policy, whether or not the statute requires them of us. We will confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 calendar days. If we need more time, we will tell you and may take up to 45 additional days. We verify requests by matching what you tell us against the information we already have. Someone else may submit a request for you with your signed permission, and we may confirm it with you directly. We will not treat you differently for making a request.

We may keep information needed for an open bid, a project record, a legal requirement, or to defend a claim, and will tell you if so.

If our practices ever change#

If we ever decide to sell or share personal information, we will update the Privacy Policy and this page first, add a clearly labeled opt-out link to every page of the site, and continue to honor GPC signals. Information collected under the current policy will not be sold or shared without notice and an opportunity to opt out.
