FAQ
Questions about our services
Do your own technicians do the installation?
Yes. Every service on this page is installed by Telelink employees working under our C-7 license. Door hardware, line voltage and fire alarm are coordinated with the trades that hold those scopes, and we say so on every bid.
Link to this answerCan one contractor really handle all of Division 27 and Division 28?
For the communications and electronic security sections, yes. That is exactly what the C-7 classification covers and how our crews are trained. Fire alarm also lives in Division 28, and that one is excluded from C-7, so we coordinate with the fire alarm contractor rather than doing it ourselves.

We do. Recent projects include Los Angeles, San Diego, Vallejo and Sacramento, and we bid commercial and institutional work across California. Travel is built into the proposal so there are no surprises.

Certified test results for every cable and fiber link, labeled as-built drawings, an equipment list with serial numbers, warranty paperwork and configuration exports for any platform we set up. In other words, a binder your IT team will actually use.
