Acceptance of these terms#

Effective date and last updated: September 13, 2026.

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website on which they are posted (the “site”), which is operated by Telelink Business Services (“Telelink,” “we,” “us”). By using the site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

If you use the site on behalf of a company, agency, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” includes it.

Telelink Business Services is a licensed C-7 Low Voltage Systems Contractor, CSLB License #472017. We perform low voltage work for commercial and institutional clients under written contracts. These Terms are about the website. They do not set the terms of any contract, subcontract, or purchase order for construction work, and nothing in them limits or changes the warranties or obligations in such a contract.

Permitted use of the site#

You may use the site to learn about our services, review our project examples and resource guides, use our planning tools, and submit a request for a bid, a contact message, or a request for a prequalification packet. You may view, download, and print pages for internal use in evaluating Telelink for a project, including sharing them with your project team, provided you keep any copyright and license notices intact.

Site content is general information, not advice or a bid#

Everything on the site, including service descriptions, project write-ups, resource articles, compliance guides, cost ranges, and the planning tools such as the cable drop estimator and the camera coverage calculator, is general information for planning and education. It is not:

• A bid, quote, proposal, or offer to perform work at any price.
• Engineering, design, or code compliance advice for any specific building or project.
• Legal advice about licensing, prevailing wage, procurement, accessibility, privacy, or any other legal matter.

Cost figures on the site are wide California commercial planning ranges as of the date shown on the page. They are not quotes and will not match the price of any specific project. The planning tools use simplified assumptions and produce rough counts, not designs or takeoffs. Actual scope, quantities, price, schedule, and terms are stated only in a written proposal we prepare for your project after reviewing the plans, specifications, and site conditions.

Codes, standards, and regulations cited on the site are summarized for orientation. They change, they are interpreted by the authority having jurisdiction, and they apply to a project based on its own facts. Confirm requirements with the authority having jurisdiction, the design professional of record, and your own counsel before relying on them.

Bid requests are not contracts#

Submitting a bid request, contact message, or prequalification packet request through the site does not create a contract between you and Telelink. It does not obligate us to bid, and it does not obligate you to hire us. We may decline to bid any project for any reason.

Any bid or proposal we issue is a separate written document with its own terms. It may be conditioned on a site walk, receipt of complete plans and specifications, addenda, confirmation of scope, and other conditions stated in it. A contract exists only when both parties sign one.

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you give us in a bid request. A proposal based on incomplete or inaccurate information may need to be revised.

Intellectual property#

The text, images, graphics, page layouts, resource guides, planning tools, and underlying code of the site are owned by Telelink or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. The Telelink Business Services name and logo are our trademarks. Except for the permitted use described above, you may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, create derivative works from, or publicly display any part of the site without our written permission.

Manufacturer and product names that appear on the site belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify equipment we install to specification. Their appearance does not mean the manufacturer endorses, certifies, or is affiliated with Telelink, and we make no such claim.

Prequalification packets, proposals, submittals, and other documents we send you in response to a request through the site are provided for your evaluation of Telelink for the project named in your request. Please do not redistribute them outside your organization and the project team.

If you believe content on the site infringes your copyright, contact us with a description of the work, the location of the material on the site, and your contact information, and we will look into it.

Your submissions and uploaded files#

When you submit a bid request, you may upload plans, drawings, specifications, and similar files. By uploading a file you represent that you own it or have the right to share it with us for the purpose of obtaining a bid, including any plans prepared by an architect, engineer, or other design professional for the project owner, and that sharing it with us does not violate any confidentiality obligation or other agreement.

You keep ownership of what you upload. You give us permission to use uploaded files and the information in your submission to evaluate the project, prepare a proposal, obtain pricing from suppliers and specialty subcontractors, and, if we are awarded the work, perform it and maintain the project record. We will not publish your uploaded files or sell them. How we store and retain them is described in our Privacy Policy.

Do not upload files that contain malicious code or that you are not authorized to share. We do not seek or knowingly collect sensitive personal information, and a bid does not require it, so please leave Social Security numbers, financial account numbers and similar information out of anything you send us.

Acceptable use#

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Submit false or misleading information, impersonate another person or organization, or submit a request on behalf of an organization without authority.
• Use bots, scrapers, or other automated means to access or copy the site, other than search engines indexing it in the ordinary way.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its hosting infrastructure, or the systems that process form submissions, or interfere with their operation.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
• Use the site’s forms to send unsolicited commercial messages or to harvest contact information.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other notice on the site.

We may restrict or block access to the site by anyone who violates these Terms.

Third-party links#

The site links to third-party websites, such as manufacturer documentation, standards bodies, and government resources. Those sites are not under our control. We provide links for convenience and do not endorse or take responsibility for their content, accuracy, availability, or privacy practices. Your use of a third-party site is governed by its own terms.

Disclaimer of warranties#

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Telelink disclaims all warranties about the site and its content, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, and any warranty that the site will be accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

This disclaimer applies to the website and its content only. It does not disclaim or limit any warranty or obligation in a written contract for construction work, any obligation imposed on licensed contractors by California law, or any right you have under California law that cannot be waived.

Limitation of liability#

To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Telelink and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the site or its content, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. To the same extent, our total liability for all claims arising out of or related to the site or these Terms will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful injury to a person or property, or violation of law where California law does not permit such liability to be excluded, and nothing in these Terms limits liability under a written contract for construction work.

Indemnification#

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Telelink and its owners, employees, and agents from any claim, loss, liability, damages, and expense, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of law, or any file or information you submit through the site, including any claim that an uploaded file infringes or misappropriates another party’s rights or was shared in breach of a confidentiality obligation.

Governing law and venue#

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to the site are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. You and Telelink agree that the state and federal courts located in Sacramento County, California, have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts. This section governs disputes about the website. Disputes under a construction contract are governed by that contract’s dispute resolution terms.

Severability and waiver#

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.

Entire agreement#

These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Telelink about use of the site. They do not replace or modify any other agreement between us.

Changes to these terms#

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date and apply from the date posted. If a change is material, we will say so in a notice at the top of this page. Your continued use of the site after revised Terms are posted means you accept them.
